2019 Accomplishments

10th year as a valued partner of the Tonto National Forest
-
Total contribution to OHV recreation activities in the forest hit $1.2M including 35,000 volunteer hours and $450,000 in grant funding
-
4135 volunteer hours logged (down from previous years due to shutdowns and agreement issues)
-
Inspected/monitored 1789 miles of OHV trails for issues, installed 799 new route markers
-
Installed 4 new OHV user maps in the field - Payson, Hewitt Station, Cave Creek, Sunflower

Key member of Superior Recreational Users Group which submitted new trail plan to add 40 miles

Worked with Imerys mine to keep FR4 open until bypass can be completed

Completed Wildcat staging area improvement project phase 1
