November TRAL meeting changed to Nov 18th

The regular date for the November TRAL meeting would fall on the 11th which is Veteran's Day and a federal holiday. We are moving the meeting to November 18th from 7-8PM to allow Tonto staff to attend on a day that is not a holiday for them.
